How to Ice a Round Cake

       I just posted a video on how to ice a cake on YouTube.
So many people have asked me how I ice my cakes and here
it is, a fully-detailed explanation on how I do it.  It takes some
practice to get a perfect buttercream, but I do give hints on how I
do it. With some practice, you might be able to do it this way too.
