Ingredients: - 14 oz. Package of Candy / Chocolate Melts
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup

| | Ingredients: 2 Pounds of White Chocolate 1 cup of Corn Syrup Directions:
| Melt chocolate slowly in micro until just melted and warm. Heat 1 cup corn
syrup in micro for 30 seconds, then add to warm choc. Stir to incorporate, then pour onto a sheet pan lined with cling wrap.
Refrigerate until set. Store... in ziploc bags. It
will feel greasy, mix like a dough, and seal in plastic wrap. Save in the fridge. It gets hard in the fridge. I put smaller pieces in the microwave
and heat for10 seconds to soften it
some so I am able to knead it. Don't over heat in the microwave or it can damage the chocolate consistency. |
