I remember years ago when I saw my first Topsy Turvy. I loved them! The designs for Topsy Turvy can be busy and funky. 
They require a good strong support system but sometimes it's all about how to cut the cake so it looks tilted, but in reality 
it still standing on a straight surface.
Even though most people make Topsy Tury's in fondant, I love making them in buttercream too. In this gallery you will find some of them made in fondant and some of them made in buttercream.
