Keto Buttercream Recipe

 

You will love this super easy and delicious Keto Buttercream Recipe. I posted the tutorial along with the

recipe. It pipes beautifully and tastes delicious and the best part is that it's so easy to make. It goes great with the

low carb/no sugar Carrot Cake Recipe I posted.

Ingredients:

1 stick of butter (room temperature)
8 ounces of Cream Cheese (room temperature)

1/4 to 1/2 cup of Swerve Confectioners Sugar

2 tsp of Vanilla Extract 
 


Directions:

 

Cream the butter and cream cheese (both should be at room temperature), until well mixed and creamed at a medium-high speed.

Add the sugar and mix in a low setting until mix. If you don't like a lot of sugar I do suggest starting with 1/4 cup and add sugar until you find your sweet spot. If you like sugar you can add a full 1/2 cup. Once it's mixed well you can cover your cake. 
A double batch will cover a 6 inch cake and will have enough leftover for piping borders.
